I wonder if anyone else has this or has any suggestion of what I can do differently.
If I have 1 alcoholic drink I get a terrible head the next day that won't shift. But yet when I have a few I'm always fine.
I had a tumbler of g&t before bed, didn't finish it as knew I'd have the dreaded headache the next day.
When I get a headache
-1 drink or even half of 1
-usually gin or wine
-drinking it too fast?
-drinking it too late before I go to sleep?
When I don't get a headache
-drank more slowly or with a meal
-had 2+ drinks
-gin, wine, cider, cocktail
-start drinking earlier in the night, bigger gap before I sleep
Any ideas? It's really annoying me now, I work til 11pm a few nights a week and sometimes I have a drink after getting home but I guarantee have a headache the next day. Yet on a Saturday night when I have a few glasses I am fine
