🫣😳

I have to do 3. I'm a bit worried that it says they can't be contaminated by urine. Argh so embarrassing 😭

Have a wee first. Then, loads of toilet paper in your hand, hover over toilet & do it onto the paper. You can wear a disposable glove if you prefer to hold the paper. Place a small amount of poo into specimen tube. They usually have a little scoop stick thing to use I think.

Do a wee first, then place an old Tupperware or ice cream tub in the toilet and do your business - then obtain the samples from the tub. 👍🏻

Ah - the difficulty is that I can’t wee first (diarrhoea- can be quite explosive. Sorry tmi). Glove and paper at the back might be the way to go 😳😳

This is way recommended when doing tests for bowel cancer .
