Some times This type of red spots arise in the body due to hot in the body, it may be disappear within a few days or weeks. If these spots continue to more than a months, please seek skin care expert help.

Yes @catskittens
Sometimes Body will be very hot due to heavy heat on the environmental. This may be also increasing the chances of red spots on your top layer of the skin.

To me (not an expert, but a walker) they look like midge bites.

Scoobyblue · 22/06/2023 12:04

They look like bites to me. I find that not all bites itch.

My DM had three spots like this on her forehead/scalp that we assumed were bites but turned out to be shingles (my DD caught chicken pox from her!)
