Discharge from belly button

I have just looked at my belly and have noticed dry brown fluid in my belly button. I gave birth 12 weeks ago and have not noticed this before. I am not sure whether it is dry blood or not? It also seems to be more inverted than I remember. It does not appear to smell or anything.

Any ideas on what this may be?

no idea but why not give nhs direct a ring, just to put your mind at rest.
