Spot on 10 year olds face

Hi. My son has had a spot on his face for last 6 weeks or so. It doesn’t seem to be healing. Anyone know what it could be, or if it’s anything to worry about?

Heya I'd call the doctors- mine let's me send photos like this to them and they phone back and tell me if I should get it checked or not
