Aches in my bones

I'm suffering with aches in my left forearm bone - sometimes it's enough to make me wince. It travels to my shoulder and I struggle to get dressed.

Wondering if anyone else suffers aches like this, maybe it's arthritis? I'm in my early 70's.

When I suffered pain in my bone (as opposed the the arthritis pain I get in my actual joints) it turned out to be a Vitamin D deficiency. Bone pain is a common symptom, it would be worth having a chat to the GP.
