is it good, does it stay where it's supposed to?

My dh got them on prescription at the chemist as part of the stop smoking campaign. He had to go every week for a 5 minute pep talk type thing, he also topped up with the gum when he felt the craving most. The patches he found annoying as they kept slipping but then he his a big hairy sweaty bloke . But fingers crossed since July he hasn't touched a fag! Although I do seem to be buying an awful lot of normal chewing gum now!

Mine always stayed where they were put.

They left a dark mark when I took them off though.

Good luck

They did itch a bit, yeah.

If they're falling off after a bath, you need to change the timing of putting them on, maybe put it on after your bath until the next night?

How long have you been on them? Maybe it's time to cut them out during the night. I did that fairly early on and didn't notice a problem. In fact, it was quite good to put on the patch in the morning - a bit like having that first fag iykwim.

about three weeks, think i'll try going without at night. they do give you strange dreams don't they?

the weirdest, most vivid dreams I've ever had!

Some of my dreams were really frightening as well. But the worst ones were where I dreamt that someone offered me a cigarette and I took it, smoked it, then remembered I'd given up! I used to wake up thinking "I've gone through all this shit for nothing"

well done for the three weeks - it really does start getting a lot easier right about now. Buy yourself something lovely with the money you have saved
