Interpreting cholesterol

Hi everybody. I just went to my Future Health appointment (a study which includes various health checks). They said I need to lower my cholesterol - which is a total of 6.3. I get that is high but looking at it I have 2.2 of the good HDL and 3.29 of LDL and 1.9 triglycerides. Looking at this it seems OK - I seem to have quite a lot of the 'good' HDL, and LDL and triglycerides look OK- possibly a bit high but not too bad? Am I missing something? Any help interpreting this would be great - I am struggling how else I can reduce cholesterol as I am very slim, pretty fit and eat a decent diet already I would say (in case it's relevant, I'm 50).
