Breast burning

Has anyone experienced a sharp burning pain when just touching your breast? It's just the side of my left one. It really burns if I touch it wrong but doesn't hurt otherwise.

It was that it just ached a bit if I touched it so had an ultrasound and nothing was seen, but since then it's progressed to much worse pain if I catch it wrong or lay on it wrong. Not sure about going back to the doctors as they will say it's been seen so just wondering if anyone else has any experience please.

Hello. I’m experiencing something similar. My left breast feels warm/hot. Nothing hurts but I just feel it weird. I had a baby 4 months ago idk if that’s something to do with it. Maybe hormones are setting back in.

Yes lots of weird things happen to your breath after babies! You'll want to keep an eye for mastitis though.

Mine has stopped the burning but still hurts if I lay on it or wear a bra. Also if I sneeze too much which is inconvenient as apparently summer is never coming here and everyone has colds!

Can I still get mastitis even after 4 months postpartum?? What I feel comes and goes, I don’t feel 24/7 like that.

It won’t hurt to get it checked out I think.

What did your situation turn out to be?? How are you?? I got done breast ultrasound on both back in December and nothing suspicious showed up, OB ordered a mammogram idk why if nothing showed up on ultrasound I’m freaking out. I can’t get it out of my head.

I has an ultrasound and was seen by a consultant. They said it was common and there is a name for it. Said can get worse and manage with ibuprofen but nothing to worry about.
