Living with prolapsed discs

I'm a bit fed up, so thought I'd start a thread, see if anyone's in a similar situation, got any tips, or just want to have a whinge! I've got 2 prolapsed discs in my lower back. For about 5yrs now. I'm not getting much sciatica at the moment, so that's something. But my knees are an issue. I like to keep active and they're getting in the way. Not sure if I'll be able to go to run club in the morning. I'm doing lots of back bends, can't hardly do them so I expect I'll end up back at the physio.
