Smear Results

I had a smear last year and it came back with HOV and abnormalities so had to have biopsies done etc which came back fine.

I had a smear 10 weeks ago and just had my results showing no HPV or abnormalities.

Just wondered if anyone else had the same? Where do the abnormalities go? And the HPV?

Don't want to read and run but I had abnormal smear HPV back in 2015ish and they requested a biopsy and for some absolutely stupid reason I never went. However I have since been for a few smears and all are normal xx

This was me. HPV pos and cin 1 found at biopsy. 12 months later no hpv and no abnormal cells. Apparently your body clears itself of hpv in a majority of cases

Yes this was in June I had a clear result with no HPV showing and no abnormalities so all ended well
