Private GP; private prescription?

If I see a private GP, given I can't get to see my NHS one, if they write me an ordinary prescription, do I have to pay full price for it? I'm over 60.

Yes. Unless you gay your NHS GP to prescribe you whatever it is on the NHS.

They don't have to and shouldn't really as you are 'jumping the queue' but some will.
