My foot hurts..its at the bottom of.my foot spreading towards the back of my foot up to my ankle. It's a sharp pain when I put my foot down and a warm spreading feeling after. It's not too bad when I'm not moving but it's like a dull ache
I took my daughter to soft play yesterday, she's had chicken pox and thankfully can leave the house now. I don't remember hurting myself but it could be possible..
I took my daughter to nursery and the pain is unreal. Like I'm starting to limp. So I went to the pharmacist who told me to go to the gp who told me to go back to the pharmacist. The gp said it can't be something called planter fascitis because the pain isn't lessening when moving and it's not typical. He said to rest and see how it goes over the weekend
The thing is I can't handle this over the weekend. I can't even walk to the toilet without sitting on the floor crying.
Does anyone have any words of wisdom?
