Do GPs/nurses record your weight on their system?

Random question but I've tried googling it and found no answer, and I don't really want to waste my GP surgery's time by ringing up!

I started a new medication 3 months ago and the nurse weighed me and told me what I weighed. I can't remember the number at all and I don't weigh myself so I don't have a record of it. Is it likely that the nurse recorded my weight on the system, so when I go back in 3 months for a review and get weighed again, I'll know if my weight has changed? Or do they not record the figure?

Mine was recorded when I went for contraception. You can log into the NHS app and it has your GP health record with appointments, medications, notes etc.

If your weight was taken I; the surgery it is very likely it was recorded.

If they took the weight it will be recorded. You should be able to view it on the NHS app under GP records

I ended up emailing and they responded to say yes it was recorded on their system so they have a record of it, if anyone else wondered!
