I had a really bad infection with tonsilitis about a week ago, it was a 10 day course of anti biotics but I've managed to catch a stomach bug so I can't keep anything down, messaged doctor this morning to see what I can do as I'm just throwing up once I take them, they said to stop the anti biotics all together and keep up my fluids, I have 5 tablets left regarding this course but my concern is that it will come back as my throat is still soooooo sore and I still have a tad bit of neck/jaw pain from when it was bad. Has anyone ever stopped anti biotics before and it not came back?
