Escalating chronic illnesses

Hi

I’ve symptoms of joint pain and stiffness, fatigue, dry eyes, frequent peeing and thirst, pins and needles, balance problems at times, clumsiness and severe period pain. I’ve had chronic abdo pain, intermittent nausea and indigestion for years but it’s now escalated to the point of vomiting every few days, feeling nauseous constantly and no appetite.

I am diagnosed hypermobile (?eds), autoimmune hypothyroidism and ADHD. I’m also anaemic on iron tablets.

All forms of arthritis and lupus etc have been ruled out, and renal function, liver function etc all normal.

the Gastro problems are concerning me the most but I feel every round of me trying to get a GP to listen and refer on ends up in one prescription to fob me off or blaming another condition (iron tabs, Vitamin D etc). I myself am a nurse and have pushed quite hard but even then it is proving difficult.

I will phone the GP in the morning but I’m concerned about becoming malnourished very quickly, I’m taking some vitamins. I’m effectively eating 1000 cals or less a day and it’s incredibly plain and often vomited. I have diarrhoea and constipation cyclically anyway.

if anyone has any advise to offer I would be grateful
