Does this look like tonsillitis?

I only ask because when I’ve seen tonsillitis before, the throat is covered in puss blisters. However, the back of the throat is clear with just this one white blister as pictured

Phoned 111 who’ve arranged an emergency GP appointment - I can hardly swallow :(

Possibly. Keep drinking warm drinks , the worst thing you can do is stop swallowing as it makes it worse.
