Involuntary jaw movement and teeth clashing ?

So for a bit of context I do suffer with anxiety in particular health anxiety . It’s been at an all time high this year after during my pregnancy I started experiencing muscle twitching . Gp scared the life out of me by mentioning motor neurone , got referred to neuro who said it was benign . Since then I have still got twitching but recently I’m finding my teeth will clash together out of nowhere throughout day whilst talking or even just when relaxing and I’ve also been biting my mouth and tongue more .
Spoke to dentist who is making me a mouth guard as could be tmj ( my jaw is really noisy when eating ) but I’ve read it could be neuro issue . Should I be worried ?
