Skin cancer?

I’ve had a strange lump on the side of my hand for about 6 months.
it has a smell indention in the middle and it kinda looks like it has fluid/blood stuck under it.

it first started as a spot.. which I then popped but it has since then just not healed.

I’ve attached a photo.

could this be the dreaded c? 😫

It's possible. It's also possible it's a cyst, a wart, or some other benign skin issue. The only way to know for sure is to get it checked by a doctor!
