Hopefully someone can explain to me what this means on a chest X-ray I had recently. As I have been struggling to get in touch with my doctor and if it is nothing and just ordinary then i don’t want to bother the doctor with it

This is what my a@E discharge letter says after a chest xray

I suppose it depends at which point they articulate, at the posterior at the vertebra, or NR the front at the sternum? It is not something I have heard of before though in either case. Do you have a copy of the image? Also, what was the purpose of the cxr in the first place?!

I have no image just the report sent to the GP. The X-ray was done because I had been admitted feeling terrible and was part of a host of other things being tested but felt terrible at the time, felt like my heart would burst out of my chest and my heart rate sat down was 175 when I got there and then I just felt terrible and nothing was really explained just lots of things and doctors

I think they said at the front as I was thinking it would make sense as I have a few lumps on my collarbone and leading up to my neck because I feel like I’m choking if I get a bit dehydrated as it feels like the lumps are making it harder to swallow etc
but I have been unwell, starting with a serious kidney infection in January which led to being treated with gentomycin in hospital, then I never seemed to feel well and so tired but eventually led to going in because my heart rate was high and making me feel really unwell, so I know when unwell you can get lymph node swelling and I get an ache under my left armpit but not all the time. I do know it’s worse from alcohol but I assume I have an allergy to it as drinking alcohol started giving me a horrible rash that is slowly spreading and becoming more and more itchy and red since Christmas time
