Hi there, for the last wee while the bottom of my back has really hurt, I have also started getting sore knees when climbing stairs or walking up hills and now my wrists hurt too. I know I am overweight but it doesnt matter what I do I cannot shift it, have become a lot more active this year although cannot stick to an excersise regime just have to fit it in as and when. What do you think, I am getting old or do I need to go see about losing weight (trying myself has failed miserably).
