Could this be melanoma?

I’ve had this patch on my back for about a year and I’m not sure if it’s a mole or a dry skin area, I’m wondering whether it could be seborrheic keratosis or melanoma, I plan on booking an appointment with my doctor, but for now looking for some opinions which I’d be very grateful for!

The first pic is from a couple of weeks ago and the second is from today where it’s a little sore and scabby from picking it, which I probably shouldn’t have done!

does it look like a melanoma to you?

Any help would ease my mind, really worried and hoping it’s nothing but scared

My husband has just had a skin check as he had similar on his back and luckily they were SK. Nothing to worry about. I would still schedule a check up and no more picking at it!

It doesn’t look like the one I’ve seen, but nonetheless still worth getting checked by an expert.
