What contraception is best for me?

(Part from condoms) I'm feeling a bit stuck with contraception. Both pills make me angry and anxious. I'm terrified of having someone go up inside me to insert a coil due to a hugely traumatic birth. Because of my reaction to hormonal contraception in pill form, I'm assuming the implant will have the same affect.
What can I have? Any wisdom appreciated!

I used Evra patches - I had zero side effects.
I could not do pills as they didnt fit with my lifestyle and I couldn't remember taking them everyday. With the patches you only change them once a week for 3 weeks then you have one week off! I used to change mine on a sunday as I was always home

Copper coil. It's just like a smear test. I had a traumatic birth and was fine.
