Heavy spotting on desogestrel?

Hi,
I've been on desogestrel for 3 years, and other than the initial settling in spell I've been fine on it and had absolutely no spotting/discharge etc. Over the last couple of days I've had both, and spotting is heavy. Anyone else had this? I'm a bit concerned. Sorry for tmi! Thanks 😊

Hmm I would refer back to GP

I had terrible spotting off desogesterol for 6 months before it stopped

I don't think you should be spotting 3 years later
