Is this dimpling?

Is this a dimple that I need to get looked at? I recently had an ultrasound on a nearby cyst so not sure if its anything bad

It looks more like a bump rather than a dimple to me - possibly harmless keratosis pilaris as it's amongst other bumps. But, as always, if you're concerned, get it checked out for some peace of mind.

The thing that's worrying me is it dips slightly when you run your finger over it (like a dent). I'm not sure if I'm overreacting. Like could it just be the way the tissue is?

Also when I lift my arm, I get this?
