Can supplements cause raised b12 levels? It says online your body excretes the excess through urine so I’m not sure? My level is 1430 ng/l but have been taking 500 ug supplement with this be the cause?

I had exactly this when I was supplementing B12. I had a second blood test and it had dropped a little , my Dr told me to stop taking it which was a shame as I felt it really helped.
