White bump for a year now

I’ve had this white bump on my lip for quite some time now and I see it’s getting more noticeable, I’ve had cold sores in the past and this seems nothing of one and for it being so long I’m unsure of what it is, I’m scared to pop it or mess with it but it’s really bothering to see everytime I look in the mirror. Has anyone had anything similar?

You can get spots on your lips that are oil glands. They have a name but I can’t remember it.

Do you have lip fillers? My cousins got a few white spots on her lips and was told it was probably caused by the filler.

I honk I'd probably get that checked out of a gentle prod hadn't sorted it out .

Your lips are obviously filled, not judging but as a dentist I see plenty up close. It looks like some of the filler has not dissolved and a capsule of connective tissue has formed around it. It is common with breast implants, in some people the body likes to wrap non-human/self bits up in connective tissue as a protective measure.
Alternatively it could be a delayed sclerosis granuloma associated with filler. Fillers do get very lumpy with repeated use.

Sorry autocorrect is very good at medical terms.
