Is this a Verruca?

I haven't had one since I was about 9!
And it didn't look like this.

I've noticed for a few days that my foot when walking was quite tender, yesterday I had a look but I couldn't see anything and then today this is there- looks like a freckle!

Not a verruca, looks like a tiny bruise, mole or freckle.

Thanks for the comments so far, i just wondered if it was a verruca root or something?
It's sore to walk on and when I push it.
I haven't hurt my foot or anything recently and it was sore for a bit before I noticed this today.
My feet don't see the sun so I'm sure about the freckle / mole thing!

It looks like a blood blister on the second upload.

@Thequeenofwishfulthinking I think it probably was! I did a bit of poking and squeezing and whatever it was came out (some brown stuff) and now my foot still hurts in that area but there's nothing there.

I blame my kids lego!
