Confusion after 6 months of brain cooling aneurysum surgery

Hi

I’m looking for some advice here. My mum had a coiling of her brain aneurysum back in December. She did suffer sight loss in her left eye but was ok.
They we’re out last Sunday and it was apparently quite hot back in India and since then, she is complaining of confusion like symptoms. I’ll try to explain with the examples: She is unable to go independently to the toilet, she could not locate the tap in the bathroom. It was on the left side and she was trying to get hold of it on the right side. Went to the neurosurgeon who did the surgery, he performed a CT and it was thankfully ok. Also ordered some blood tests, haemoglobin was a bit low.
He advised it should settle in sometime fingers crossed. If not, they can’t do anything for it. Also checked with the eye doctor, he advised the eye is ok and it may be the problem with the way the brain send signals and the neurosurgeon said the same but it should settle in few days.

any advice from personal experience/ neurologists here will highly be appreciated. We are so frustrated with what’s happening to my mum. It’s really disheartening to see her like this.
