Huge pile for years, NHS?

I have had a pile for 11 years now, since my son was born. The pain comes and goes but since having my daughter two years ago it is constantly there. Hurts so much.

It's probably the size of a very large grape. It's horrid. Over the years I've been to the GP to get creams and suppositories etc but nothing ever works. I know that isn't a cure, but still.

Is this something I'd be able to have removed on the NHS?

Has anyone any experience with this?

I took a photo tonight to really have a good look and it's ghastly 😂 really horrid. I am always taking pain relief for it as it can keep me up at night!!

My GP wasn't interested.
Had to go private. Best decision I ever made.
