I've just finished my last aligner tray and my dentist mentioned a retainer. I don't fancy the permanent one as I feel like I'll just play with the wire all the time with my tongue 🤦🏻♀️. I said I'll try the removable one for now and see how I get on. Does anyone have any feedback on either?
