Sinus headache help

For about 4 days I've had a headache, due on in a couple of days. I suspect it's linked to hayfever. Also have slightly itchey eyes, it's a dull headache, feel a bit wheezy, nose feels numb. No streaming but I rarely get that. I've taken one Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.2mg congestion tablet, not really done much. 2 paracetomol which seems to have localised the headache to above my right eye. Very tender to touch.

Anything else I can do or take later?

Try a sinus rinse. It helps me. Also Beconase

NeilMed is a good rinse product

Will try beconase. I use a daily sinus rinse. Its gone a lot as I think it was electrolyte imbalance which i have corrected now!

I suffer with sinuses and only inhalation works for me, I use a cup with a nose cover and menthol crystals from Amazon. I think chemists sell them too. Three times a day, fill the cup with boiling water, add a pinch of the crystals and sit with it on your nose breathing deeply, you'll start to feel better immediately.
