Head swimming and feel sick

Have been feeling 'sea sick' since before I got up this morning - whenever I moved my head. I felt too unbalanced and nauseous to get up so stayed in bed. Just tried having a shower and feel the same - head swimming and feeling sick.

Google suggests things like vertigo and labyrinthitis. Does anyone have any experience of these? Is there anything I can do to make it stop?!

Travel sickness tablets may help with the symptoms.
Could be an inner ear infection.

I wondered that but my ears don't hurt.

Your ears don't have to hurt for an inner ear infection. Falling over if you try to stand up is a good indicator!
