Been to see GP about some side effects I have had from a medication I was on.

Looked at the computer to see "hypochondriasis (3)" on my notes, which obviously is three times where it has been flagged that I am a hypochondriac.

Does this mean from now on I will struggle to get taken seriously?

Haven't RTFT but have read alot of it.

I've had intermittent health anxiety for years so you have all my sympathy. It's hell isn't it? I'm like you in that I tend to avoid the GP as opposed to going.

Are you still taking the propanolol?

The reason I ask is because I get the twitching/jerking too, and I'm on propanolol.

I'm also on noritryptiline so it may even be that, just worth noting that it might not be the fluoxitine (sp?) at all.

I dont think it's anything to worry about, I've been on these meds for years and had that happening for just as long. I know how the brain can hyper focus on something like that though so it's easier said than done me telling you not to worry.
