Sorry, the photos are the best I can get, but I have a white patch on my boob which is red round the outside.
I did fall asleep with a hot bottle on me over a week ago but this mark came out a good few days after that.
Anyone had this before? I’ll try and see the doc if it’s still there later in the week.
