Emetophobe with nausea & headaches

Please help 🙁I’ve had an incredibly busy, stressful week and have pushed myself too far despite feeling generally under the weather.
Since Thursday I’ve had earache and a headache on and off, tired but not the main problem and now and again feeling sick. I’ve now got my stomach in a knot because I know I won’t be sick but get really panicky. I’ve been feeling so much better today but started to feel like this again just after our evening meal (smaller than usual for me). I just need someone to talk to.

Aww. Fellow emetophobe here. Its a horrible thing to be afflicted with isn't it? I note its almost an hour since you posted so I hope you are feeling a bit better. It's probably anxietyat play. Can you try a relaxing bath or something to make you calm? Do you have any peppermint tea? I find that helps me or cuddling a hot water bottle. Take care

Emetephobe her too. It’s a horrible thing to worry about and totally sympathies.

it will be your anxiety getting to you but easy for me to say. I have a book that I wrote in when feeling g anxiety and it helps me to put it in perspective.

hope you feel better soon ( not that you are I’ll) just feel more your selfxx

Thanks both, it helps to hear from others. Yes I feel much better now, one of my children needed me and funnily enough I forgot about it and the nausea has gone!

I feel like I’ve overcome it then in times of stress I revert back. Thank you xx
