Reflux 24 hrs after meal

Hi all

I had reflux at the start of the year. Dr put me on omeprazole and I made some lifestyle changes. Finished omeprazole 6 weeks ago and felt OK since. 99% better.
Went out for a meal last night. Italian so oil, garlic, tomato based sauces etc.
Today my reflux has been playing up. Is it possible from the meal last night?! Or maybe just a coincidence.

Oh yes I think so, if you had a carbonate drink too!

Do you have any other symptoms? Reflux symptoms in women can be actually heart issues

It's possibly the garlic. I very sadly became unable to tolerate garlic a few years ago .

Was the meal richer than you normally have? Later than normal? With alcohol?
