Raised cal protection levels?

Has anyone been told they have raised calprotection levels but not enough to be a disease? I had a stool sample last year and when I was in a&e they told me it was clear, however I have the stomach pain back and I went doctors to be told I had some inflammatory markers on the sample but not enough to be anything serious, she said it basically confirms ibs. From my own research after this it seems ibs does not show raised levels?! I'm panicking myself now as I feel they are just fobbing me off with ibs, my stomach pain is so bad and constant and buscopan doesn't work! :(

Also want to add my bowel movements smell terrible, I know it's not supposed to smell like roses but it is more rotten than normal! :(

I'm not sure, but the pain is bad so I called 111 as I just don't trust my doctors, 111 said I should go a&e for a gallbladder scan as they think it's gallstones and not ibs, I am on waiting list for a scan currently but don't want to be sitting in a&e for hours on end :(
