I've been getting them for 2-3 years. Usually every 2-3 months, sometimes more frequently, sometimes less

Just had 3 tonight!! Only lasted a few minutes but am a bit freaked out. Hate the way my vision goes almost completely in that eye

Got headache now

Anyone had several in a few hours?

I've had 5 in 12 hours before. I ended up in A&E as I'd got to the stage of finishing one and the next one would be upon me straight away. They gave me a big dose of aspirin which did the trick and cleared it.

A few times since I've had back to back ones. It's usually when I've tried to power through them- I normally get just the visual disturbance and a hangover feeling. I take it as a sign that I need to actually go lie down in a dark room for a couple of hours.

Hope yours clears soon!

Thank you for that @BobBobBobbing

I'm both horrified and pleased that you had so many, IYSWIM!

I am hoping they've finished now - I'm not an especially anxious person but they really scare me and I hate the after effects

But I think I'll be able to sleep now, having read your reply
