Abnormal Ecg - Doctors notes?

Helllo.

I've had dizziness/ off balance feelings for 6 months. Had countless blood tests and I'm now on tablets for iron. (Levels were 13ugl so low)

But. My doctor asked to do an ECG. When it came back he said he wanted to try it again in 2 weeks. As there was a abnormality.

I've had it re done. And he's referred me for an echo gram.

The notes say S1/S2/S3 which google
Says you're not really supposed to have S3/S4 beats as that's indicative of Heart failure. I'm 35.

It also says RVH? (Which dr google
Converts to Right Ventricle Hypotrophy (maybe spelt wrong)

I've had a "chest infection" cough, tight chest for 3 weeks and my oxygen levels on my watch say 93%.

Now. I'm either about to die. Or I'm tying a chest infection. In with the ecg reading and absolutely freaking out!

If anyone's had anything similar .. because I can't even look at my small children without nearly crying that I'm not ok ? X

Symptoms since i had covid in October 2022 And I've only just seen a doctor and I've got my ecg on Tuesday,
It's horrible feeling especially while I'm doing the school run and feel like I'm about to fall over!
Try not to worry and go for the other ecg, hopefully the ecg will come

Hello. Have you been seen? I only had my cardiologist appointment yesterday ! And she said she things my ecg was a benign reading as I’d be having more symptoms. She’s going to call me next eeek to discuss how we go further once she’s read through my doctors notes.
