Please can anyone tell me what this could be. I'm on holiday and it started this afternoon. It's really itchy. All over my stomach only.

Looks like sunburn to me.

Or heat rash - try running a cool shower over it.

I get same/similar, I've always thought it was heat rash.

I get hives in the sun. Solar utercia (wrong spelling) but basically a sun allergy.
