SORE LIPS

HI,my 2.5 year old boy thought it would be fun to lick the cold railings at our local park last week. His top lips is now quite red, sore and dry, what could I use to ease them?

vaseline

Cymex is brilliant, I always use it as I often suffer from dry chapped lips. I would check he will be ok with it age wise though.
