Does anyone else get this and have a solution? If I have any amount of wine more than 1 glass in the evening, I’ll fall asleep just fine but be wide awake at 2:30 am on the dot. And then just AWAKE until morning.
It doesn’t happen if I’ve stuck to G&T or tequila soda etc.
Obviously the solution is to not drink wine at all but I will miss it! And I think it’s curious that it doesn’t happen with other types of alcohol, as surely the cause is alcohol related - so why does only wine do this to me?
