For the last 2 years I keep getting sinus headaches and sinus ache in my cheek. Sometimes my eyes and ears are sore too. I've been on antibiotics about 4 times in the last 6 months. Also been on decongestion nose spray and oral steroids. All those things help but as soon as I'm off them all symptoms come back within a few days.
How do I know if it's allergies? Or sinus infection? Or something else? Most of the time when doctor prescribes me stuff it's after a phone appointment.
I can't keep going on like this but I don't know what to push for with my GP.
