I’ve had a range of problems recently which seem to have boiled down to a chronic UTI and trapped nerves, due to over tight pelvic floor reacting to UTI, & very tense lower back muscles. I was also prescribed an antibiotic for UTI that caused tingling in feet and legs (I stopped taking it after a few days for this reason).

I’ve been feeling quite a bit better since seeing a pelvic floor physio & doing pelvic floor relaxation exercises. I’ve also had 2 MSK physio appointments. After the first I felt great. The second was today. Since then the pelvic pain (pudendal nerve) is much much better. Virtually gone. But the tingling in my legs and feet has got noticeably worse & my face is very red. Also my arms are tingling a bit.

What might be causing this? Is it anything to worry about? Should I contact physio tomorrow to ask her?
