Do everyone's toenails get knarly and horrible with age? I swear I'm growing hooves sometimes. Cutting them is a real chore. Is there an answer..is it a pedicure?

Watching with interest. Mine are awful now too. I’m 42 and always used to have really pretty feet but the last year or so the nails have become so hard and thick. Not fungal infection (been checked) can only think it’s an age thing! 🤷‍♀️

Afraid it does seem to be an age thing, lve noticed mine are getting harder to cut. I used to do my Mums for her as she couldn't cut them herself and my goodess it was hard work!

I’ve Stopped having shellac nails as I didn’t like what they did to my nails

I’m 56 and have started getting pedicures every 5/6 weeks now to keep my trotters in check

I’m 41, my feet and nails were perfect until 40, now my nails are getting worse and I hate wearing sandals.
