Concerning liver function test

Hello! Just after some advice if anyone is well versed in liver function tests.

I've been googling and I can't really find anything specific to my results. I've had a scan and my liver looks healthy but all my results came back elevated (e.g AST of 80 and ALT almost 300).

I've been tested for hepatitis and don't have it.

I also have lumps in my neck they're attributing this supposed infection/inflammation as they're not worrying about them.

Help ??

have they done any antibody blood tests to check for autoimmune issues? My gp did lots of those and referred me to a liver specialist because one of the antibody tests was positive

@defnotadomesticgoddess I've had a myriad of blood tests and so far the only thing that was really bad was my iron and folate and my thyroid is borderline. Seems like a lot of little things going wrong ??. Currently medicated for my iron as needed an infusion

Sounds like me. Lots of symptoms like nausea, lack of appetite, weight loss. Had testst o check for Hepatitis etc.
Had CT scan to check from neck to groin. Nothing found.
Lots of random pain back, legs etc that comes and goes. Some days I'm OK, others feel really crap.
Vit D was low but recently repeated and no call back so gather that's better now.

Do you have any other symptoms?
