Tiny white pimples?

DD has suffered from excema but it is under control now I think. She had it bad behind her knees but now it has gone. What is left however a series of tiny pimples, raised from the skin and size of a pin head. Also a couple of bum.

What could they be? Are they related to excema at all or fungal? Anyone know?

has she had chicken pox ? My dd had it and now left with the same where they were worst, around her bum.

No not had chicken pox. There are only about 12 spots in total, most round back of knee. What is Milia?
