Bach Flower Remedies

Not sure if this is the right place for this.

Has anyone had any experience of using Bach Flower Remedies. Not the Rescue Remedy as such, but the individual essences which you can use solo or with other ones? If you have used them, did you find them useful for the condition you were using them for?

I have a creeping sense of anxiety over nothing and there is an essence that covers that. But interested in general. They have been around a long time but I have never used them.

Hi OP,

I have a set and you have reminded me to get them out again. I usually just use the RR now. But they are really good. I actually did a few sessions on friends years ago. I got good feedback.

They work on a very subtle level. But they do work! They can bring up deep-seated trauma in a gentle way to be dealt with. They work on the etheric body. Tears may flow but it's cleansing.

Oh, and I always have the cream or gel around for any scrapes and cuts (not open ones obviously), always good with kids around as well.

Check out their centre in Oxfordshire online.

Oh, and it's definately the right place for this. It's good to combine them with medical issues going on that you go to the doctor for. Mind, body, soul.

I've always been into both. Finally cured from endometriosis using them and acupuncture etc. as well as going to the gyneacologist etc.

Go for it. They are totally benign. Experiment with it. Follow your intuition.

Wishing you all the best.
