7 month old - what is this?

We had a photoshoot for our baby (7 months) 2 weeks ago. Baby sat on/in some of the props and wore some of the photographers outfits.
I noticed a small reddish scabby mark on baby's leg, assuming they may have scratched it on one of the props, I routinely applied Aveeno to it.

It wasn't going away, so a week later I started to put on Zerodouble gel, which we use on our baby's mild eczema.

However, today the mark looks like this?

We went to the pharmacy, suspecting it might actually be ringworm and we've been given clotrimazole 1%.
Pharmacist said it could be ringworm but couldn't be more specific, so I'll contact GP in the morning.

But would appreciate advice, what do you think?

I have had ringworm a bunch of times after living/travelling abroad and looks just like that. Have to be fairly consistent w the clotrimazol in my experience and keep applying for a week or so even after you think it's gone. If it doesn't start to get smaller/fade away within a week or so go to GP? Xx

It does indeed look like ringworm, l agree with going to see your G.P if Clotrimazol doesn't do the trick.

Yep, ringworm! Very harmless just need the cream.

Nummular (or discoid) eczema looks very similar to ringworm so if the treatment for ringworm doesn’t work maybe look in to that
